Nanomatch provides the first parameter-free tool for virtual design of materials for organic electronics and computer aided device optimization. Our predictive, easy-to-use and flexible simulation software stack allows the incorporation of computer aided design in the organic electronics R&D process.
Nanomatch was founded in 2014 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and in close collaboration with KIT, develops state-of-the-art modeling modules to provide optimal solutions for our customers around the world.
Dr. Tobias Neumann – CEO
|
As the main driving force behind the first major Nanomatch product, Deposit, Tobias Neumann set the foundation of today’s success. He was involved in sales and marketing activities from the start and, after already having supported Nanomatch throughout his PhD, joined the company in September 2016. |

Dr. Timo Strunk – CTO
|
Timo Strunk studied Physics at University Dortmund and received his PhD at KIT in 2012 with focus on biophysical simulations. As one of the co-founders of Nanomatch, he contributed to the success of the company from the very beginning. Timo Strunk heads the technical department and is therefore responsible for technical and scientific development and provides support for our customers. |

Dr. Franz Symalla – Senior Scientist
|
After his PhD at KIT, Franz Symalla joined our team in 2017. He is an expert for charge transport simulations and the computation of microscopic rates for processes in OLED and OPV layers and devices. As the lead scientist, he is responsible for research projects and scientific development to keep our software on a state-of-the-art level. |
